Maria W. McCarthy

Maria Wusinich McCarthy joined the firm in 2025 after sixteen years at The Law Offices of Hiepler & Hiepler where she litigated catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and insurance coverage matters on behalf of individuals and families throughout California. Maria is honored to be a part of Moore Hutchins Moore, where she is privileged to represent clients who have encountered tremendous disruptions to their lives as a result of suffering catastrophic personal injuries or due to the tragic death of a close family member. Maria is committed to providing compassionate representation to her clients while serving as their tenacious advocate in the civil justice system.

Maria was born and raised in the greater Philadelphia area. Maria attained her B.A. in Political Science from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia. She received her Juris Doctorate from Pepperdine University School of Law in 2005 and served on the editorial board of the Pepperdine Dispute Resolution Law Journal. Prior to attending law school, Maria was employed in Washington D.C. in the United States Senate on the legislative staff of the U.S. Senator.
